Advised a government-linked corporation on the RM85 million design-and-build contract for a public transportation terminal, including risk allocation, performance guarantees and dispute avoidance mechanisms under the PAM 2018 and FIDIC Red Book conditions.

Acted for a consortium of developers in a mixed-use real estate project in Kuala Lumpur, drafting and negotiating the joint venture, development and shareholders’ agreements worth over RM50 million.

Represented a major infrastructure contractor in arbitration proceedings under the AIAC Rules concerning delay and variation claims amounting to RM120 million under a turnkey highway project.

Advised an energy company on contractual and regulatory compliance in relation to an independent power producer (IPP) project, covering land acquisition, EPC contracts, and project financing structure.

Negotiated cross-border acquisition of a Malaysian construction firm by a Singapore-based private equity fund, including due diligence, share sale agreement, and post-acquisition restructuring.

Represented a property developer in High Court proceedings involving breach of a sale and purchase agreement and liquidated damages under the Housing Development (Control and Licensing) Act 1966.

Acted as counsel for a private individual charged under Section 420 of the Penal Code for an alleged commercial fraud involving misrepresentation of investment contracts, secured a full acquittal after trial.

Defended a corporate executive in an MACC-initiated prosecution under Section 16(a)(A) of the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission Act 2009, successfully obtaining a discharge not amounting to an acquittal (DNAA) following representations to the Attorney General’s Chambers.
